When will you start working on my order?

Orders are started when artwork and payment are received depending on current order volume.

How long will it take for my order to be completed?

PunkIt.com guarantees a 2 week turn-around. Your buttons will be shipped from our location within 2 weeks of receiving payment and artwork or you get 25 buttons (same design) free. Most orders have been shipped out 1-3 days from recieving artwork and payment.

I want to design the button artwork, what dimensions should I make it?

he area of the button that gets displayed is about .9" and there is an additional .25" that wraps around when the button is made. Make sure your artwork is converted to CMYK and is at least 300dpi. Look at the sample below.

Can I pay for my buttons once I receive them?

No, you must pay for your order up front.

What happens if my payment gets lost in the mail?

If you sent cash thru the mail youre pretty much out of luck. If you sent a money order take your receipt to the place you bought it and follow their procedure for lost money orders.

Do I have to pay extra for color?

No, you get color for free!

Do I have to pay extra for shipping?

No, we will ship your buttons out First Class for free! In some cases we may be able to ship via Priority or Overnight as long as you cover the extra shipping charges.

Can you ship my order to two or more addresses?

It's best to place separate orders for each of the destinations. We're currently working on an upgrade of our order system to make this easier.

How will I know when my buttons were shipped?

We have a system that informs you of the progress of your order. You will receive an email when your order has been shipped.

I dont use PayPal. Can I pay with a credit card?

PayPal allows you to send a payment using your credit card without being a member. All you need to do is specify that you dont have an account but want to continue your payment and you will be prompted for your billing and credit card info. Its fast and completely safe.

I dont use PayPal and dont have a credit card. Can I use some other payment method?

The safest way to pay is to mail a money order (made out to Chris Lawson) to our PO Box. You can also send well concealed cash. Keep in mind that we will start your order only after artwork and payment are received. Sending payment through the mail will delay your order.

I paid with PayPal eCheck, how come my order is delayed?

Just as with a regular check PayPal requests the funds from your bank when you pay with an eCheck. PayPal then waits for your bank to release the funds and marks your payment as pending. This normally takes 3 to 4 days. Your payment is placed in our account only after PayPal receives the funds from your bank. We will start your order after your eCheck clears.

Have you received my payment and artwork yet?

When you place an order you will receive a confirmation email that contains a link to your order status page. Use that link to see how far along in the process your order is.

Can I use separate designs on my order?

Yes, you can have up to five designs per order. However, we will divide up the designs equally.

Can I have get a couple buttons of one design and all the rest of another design?

All button counts will be divided by the number of buttons ordered by the number of designs.

This means if you submit 2 designs for 100 buttons you will get 50 of each, 3 designs gets 33 each plus 1, 4 designs gets 25 each, 5 designs gets 20 each, etc, etc. We cant, for example, make 5 of 1 design, 15 of another, 8 of another, 17 of another and 55 of another for an order of 100 one inch buttons with 5 designs.

What format do I need to send my artwork in?

We can accept the following formats .jpg .gif .tif .bmp .eps .psd .ai. The higher the resolution the better your order will look.

Web images are usually 72-75 dpi and dont print very well. Higher resolution is recommened. See the Specs page for more details.
